What will you do
As a Template Designer intern, you will help design and optimize our templates for clients. You will be involved in creative onboarding projects and assist in training new customers who use our self-service Template Designer tool. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for customer questions (support) regarding the Template Designer tool.
During your internship, you will learn:
How to build templates for various clients.
How to guide new clients through the creative onboarding process.
How to provide training and answer support questions about our design tool.
What will you bring
You are a student at a university or recently graduated.
Design experience: You are familiar with and experienced in tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or other design software.
Affinity for automation: You enjoy optimizing processes and making them more efficient.
Good communication skills: You enjoy training clients and answering questions.
Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for design and ensure templates look professional.
Willingness to learn and grow: You are curious and motivated to develop new skills, both in design and customer training.
