About the Creative Automation solution

The challenge: Creative bottlenecks and manual Ad Ops are burning out teams and killing campaign performance. The endless cycle of revisions and trafficking keeps brands from scaling what works.

Our solution: Our team is solving this. We've built the all-in-one platform to produce, personalize, and launch high-performing ads for every channel—from social and display to video and DOOH. We unify creative and media workflows, enabling brands to go from a single master creative to unlimited, on-brand variations in minutes, not weeks.

Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.

What will you do

Turn ideas into action, chaos into clarity, and features into finished products, acting as the key link between our tech and commercial teams
Own and organize the product backlog, manage the Jira board, and coordinate testing to bring our product vision forward
Align all stakeholders (from developers to commercial leads) on priorities, track progress, and ensure new releases hit the mark
Help define and shape how new features should work and feel
Spot bottlenecks, solve problems fast, and maintain a clear structure and flow across all projects
Visualize and communicate new features by creating product updates, internal demos, and feature decks that make our product updates shine.

What will you bring

1–4 years’ experience as a Product Owner, QA coordinator, or project manager in a tech or SaaS environment
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and software development workflows. Experience with Jira (or similar tools)
A great communicator who can translate between technical and business teams
Detail-driven with a love for process and quality
Bonus points: You’re into AI-driven development, automation, or creative tech
