Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.
What will you do
Manage sales, achieve growth, and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Generate highly qualified leads by identifying key players, prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn, email), and generating interest.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of new products and competitors.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
Provide on-site support to sales representatives to enhance their lead generation efforts.
Manage Cape's prospect database in designated segments, ensuring all client information is accurate and actionable.
What will you bring
At least 2 years of sales management experience.
The ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships at the executive level.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong attention to detail and positive, energetic phone skills.
A proactive, dynamic, and resilient attitude, with effective time management for a fast-paced environment.
Fluent Dutch and professional English.
Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
