Your impact: As part of this team, you will be the engine for a huge part of the global advertising supply chain. You'll be building, managing, or supporting the rock-solid infrastructure that ensures our clients' most important campaigns go live without a hitch, anywhere in the world.
What will you do
Provide first-line support for Japanese users via telephone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
Maintain ownership of support cases, ensuring timely communication and escalating technical issues when required.
Monitor real-time deliveries to broadcasters, ensuring they complete successfully and within SLA.
Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on files and metadata supplied by clients.
Manage the onboarding of new small business accounts and assist with specific delivery projects.
Liaise closely with Sales, Admin, and Platform Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Native-level Japanese and professional written English communication skills.
A passion for technology and excellent support/troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, managers, and internal teams.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude, highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong IT literacy (including Google Suite) and good project management skills.
Experience in SaaS, the advertising/media industry, or with NLE software (like Premiere Pro) is a plus.
