Cape.io is an essential tool for the scalable management of our operations. It can be customized to meet specific needs, and the development team has fulfilled all our requests.

Frequent creative refresh is critical to keeping media platforms’ algorithms engaged and combating ad fatigue—a top priority for our digital Lead Generation Team. By streamlining the production of new creatives, we were able to maintain high ad relevance, optimize campaign performance, and focus on high value added activities as we decreased manual operations. The result is a faster, more reliable campaign lifecycle that supports store-driven growth at scale.

Game launch marketing campaigns can involve a lot of administrative work, including tracking information across various documents and vendors. Managing specs and files across platforms was challenging, but we thought there could be an easier way to work — and Cape.io exceeded our expectations.

I can’t say enough good things about our account management with Cape.io. They have been so generous with their expertise, facilitating incredible collaboration between all stakeholders and even organising a summit in London with different Ubisoft teams and external partners.

Local teams can make adjustments themselves, instead of an agency doing that. This is not only cost efficient, but also much faster. In short: easy, dynamic, personal and quick to market.

Our goal was to connect as many clubs as possible to our campaign. Our experience is that clubs have to be made it as simple as possible. When they don’t have to think about the campaign for their club, the chance is bigger that they will participate. With Cape we created this low entry for clubs to run a local campaign to new parents and children, throughout our central style 'Playing like Orange’.

Putting so many campaigns live every week without (the right) tooling is a big task, especially since we use so many lifestyle images in our ads that have to look good for every format. Cape has more advanced possibilities than our previous ways of working - we can now edit each feed-produced ad before publishing them!

This solution saves hours of work for two departments every week. We knew that Cape was able to automate the social campaigns for us, but the fact that they built the print solution for us was the real bonus here.

We are very happy with Cape.io’s tooling, as it saves us hours of manual labor, and we can now be more flexible when creating and publishing our campaigns.

We can be especially proud because there is now so much more variety in assets available. We can take steps in optimization and relevance much faster. For example, we really have a performance-driven department, and they now have a whole overview of new banners available at the click of a button, which we didn't have at all before.

We can do a lot ourselves now, instead of hiring expensive agencies to do fairly simple work. For example, the head operation manager can adapt and publish the display sets himself. That link with Google CM360, DV360, or Meta for Business is extremely important: you can put a campaign live right away.

We love the way Cape.io QC’s and names assets in real time — it takes a huge burden from us.

We not only save a great deal of money and work more quickly with Cape.io, it's also about effectiveness. Since we deliver all templates and toolkits at the expense of the global team, local teams no longer have to make concessions and choose between channels or size of campaigns.

With the assistance of Cape.io’s tool, we are able to efficiently set up five to six distinct campaigns each month for all 300 NYP stores. The dynamic features offered by the tool also allow us to make swift adjustments to advertisements during the campaigns. This combination of efficiency and flexibility has significantly improved our campaign management process.
