Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.
What will you do
Liaise between Cape experts, customer success team and advertiser. Our partner is a large multinational creative agency that is operating within the EMEA territory
Enable Customer Success teams of the partner and the marketers/ specialists on the advertiser side.
Plan product training with design, media experts and solution engineers so that partner
Translate requests into design and media briefings that will be picked up by our internal experts. This is done via drafting, updating and testing features in the roadmap. That is driven by Cape innovations, advertisers wishes and media requirements;
Create, validate and test new feature requests with product owners so that it can work for client(s)
What will you bring
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch. German language is a plus
Pro-active stakeholder management to people who rely on our platform
