What will you do
Creative Automation & Design Strategy
Design and develop dynamic ad templates using Cape.io’s Template Designer, our in-platform tool for high-end graphic and motion design.
Translate complex creative assets into scalable templates, ensuring they are optimized for automation, dynamic scaling, and seamless multi-channel use.
Experiment with data-driven design to build flexible, high-performance templates that align with specific client goals and performance metrics.
Design solutions that maintain short-term momentum for client campaigns while safeguarding the long-term stability and reusability of the template library.
Client Enablement & Expert Support
Empower clients through training, conducting both one-on-one and group sessions to ensure they are confident in using Cape.io’s tools and best practices.
Act as a creative consultant, providing expert advice to help clients overcome technical roadblocks and streamline their internal production workflows.
Guide clients through technical and creative processes with clear, transparent communication regarding project scope and technical constraints.
Workflow Innovation & Feedback
Bridge the gap between creative and tech by working with developers, strategists, and marketing teams to create a frictionless "creative-to-campaign" process.
Shape the future of creative automation by sharing direct user insights and technical feedback with our product and tech teams to help improve our tooling.
What will you bring
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in design, creative production, advertising, or marketing. We are also open to enthusiastic beginners who are eager to learn and grow within the automation space.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar tools like InDesign). An understanding of automation tools or data-driven design is a major plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English with strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing interactions.
Precision & Proactivity: A precise working style with a positive, solution-oriented mindset—always looking for ways to improve ad workflows.
Problem-Solving: Strong skills in troubleshooting creatively and efficiently, especially when translating static designs into dynamic ones.
Project Management: Competence in estimating timelines and managing multiple initiatives concurrently while delivering high-quality work.
