  • Drive initiatives to enhance the support experience, such as improving our Sidekick AI assistant.

  • Implement automations and new support tools to streamline client workflows and processes.

  • Handle day-to-day support cases that require deep product knowledge and technical problem-solving skills.

  • Act as a trusted contact for clients, guiding them through challenges to get the most out of Cape.io.

What will you do
