We unify creative and media workflows, enabling brands to go from a single master creative to unlimited, on-brand variations in minutes, not weeks.
Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.
What will you do
Create, maintain, and improve our knowledge base, video tutorials, and other training materials.
Turn complex features into clear, engaging content that makes our platform easier to use.
Drive initiatives to enhance the support experience, such as improving our Sidekick AI assistant.
Implement automations and new support tools to streamline client workflows and processes.
Handle day-to-day support cases that require deep product knowledge and technical problem-solving skills.
Act as a trusted contact for clients, guiding them through challenges to get the most out of Cape.io.
What will you bring
An affinity with tech, marketing, and digital products.
A strong communicator with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
Comfortable working on both creative tasks (training content) and technical projects (process automation).
A self-starter who enjoys owning projects from start to finish.
Enjoys working with digital tools, from recording tutorials to setting up a Jira board.
Previous experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
