Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.
What will you do
Design and implement automation workflows using platforms like n8n to eliminate manual work and boost productivity.
Analyze and redesign existing company processes, creating comprehensive documentation for new workflows.
Organize and maintain the company knowledge base, ensuring all information is accessible and up-to-date.
Build and deploy agentic systems to automate complex decision-making and task execution.
Collaborate with different teams to identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
Monitor and optimize existing automations and agentic systems for reliability and performance.
What will you bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, ICT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Basic programming knowledge with JavaScript/TypeScript and an understanding of APIs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills with high attention to detail.
An understanding of process mapping, documentation, and business process management (BPM) principles.
A self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Bonus points for experience with automation (n8n, Zapier), agentic systems (AI, LLMs), or knowledge tools (Notion, Confluence).
