当我们开始研究如何帮助客户管理他们的电视广告投放、社交视频资产、广告服务器、BVoD和广告目的地时，我们采访了行业中负责处理这些数字文件的众多用户。
我们发现的主要问题之一是，代理商仍高度依赖电子邮件等工具以及如WeTransfer和Dropbox这样的文件共享工具。虽然这种方法是一个简单的解决方案，但它也可能在以后产生许多问题：
由于收件箱过载和员工流动，电子邮件可能会丢失
WeTransfer链接在14天内过期
下载页面可能会被内部防火墙阻止
文件必须被下载，然后再上传到多个系统中

即便广告操作员（AdOps，程序化团队等）设法获得正确的文件，仍然存在文件在上传时或因文件规范不正确而被播出商拒绝的风险。根据问题在工作流程中的位置，该负责人必须追回文件以确保问题得到解决。
所有这些过程耗时过长。人们形容它至少是混乱的—手忙脚乱地查找、重新渲染和更新文件。很多事情可能出错，而且往往会出错，这导致了挫败感。
当然，Peach 解决了这些问题，但在与客户交流时我们意识到我们可以让它更简单。此前，Peach要求用户输入大量信息才能上传数字视频。我们希望摆脱这种复杂的流程，使整个过程更加流畅和易于使用。
我们探索了简化这一过程的方法。经过大量的想法和研究，我们决定非常重要的第一步是只让用户上传数字文件——一开始不需要添加任何信息。文件上传后，Peach会自动识别广告类型、长宽比和时长。然后根据上传的文件名设置标题。广告可以快速与另一个合作者共享，以便添加目的地、分发文件或与激活人员合作。我们还有许多其他步骤要采取，使这一过程对用户更加简单，但我们相信这是迈向让处理数字活动轻松愉快的重要一步。
注意：目前我们不支持此功能的线性电视资源。
