What will you do
As a Back-end Developer, you will combine hands-on development with true technical ownership. You’ll be designing and scaling the backend services that power our high-performance SaaS platform.
Design and build scalable backend systems and services for our high-scale SaaS platform.
Take ownership of core backend components and APIs, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from technical design to monitoring.
Innovate by actively contributing new technical ideas and architectural solutions to the team.
Shape the future of engineering by adopting and helping design AI-powered development workflows.
Maintain and improve existing Node.js / TypeScript applications, ensuring code quality and security.
Architect for scale by making decisions focused on performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Evaluate technologies and backend patterns to determine where they add real value to our stack.
What will you bring
We are looking for a backend-focused engineer who thinks in systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment where speed is combined with intelligence.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an ICT-related field.
3+ years of relevant backend software engineering experience, specifically with TypeScript and Node.js.
Experience with back-end architecture and system design.
Experience with building scalable and distributed systems.
Experience with GitLab, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus points:
Experience influencing technical direction within a team.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools or workflows.
Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures.
Knowledge of Redis, MySQL, MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, including Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Run and Kubernetes.
