To support this mission at scale, Amplifon runs highly specialized digital campaigns across 10+ international markets, including the US, Australia, and Europe. Focusing on a diverse audience of seniors (aged 55+), these performance-driven campaigns trigger emotional and functional responses that drive potential customers to local clinics. In this landscape, Amplifon partnered with Cape.io to enable seamless, hyperlocalized execution of digital campaigns across Meta and other key platforms, ensuring operational control without sacrificing speed or precision.
For Amplifon, the key to high-performing media is "hyperlocal" relevance. Because store proximity is a critical factor for their audience, ads must be tailored to the nearest clinic, featuring city-specific messaging and accurate local addresses. However, this strategy created a significant operational bottleneck.
Executing this at scale meant creating hundreds of localized variations per country. The previous process relied on extensive manual work to upload assets directly into Ads Manager, a method that was highly error-prone and difficult to scale. Furthermore, platform algorithms require frequent creative refreshes to combat ad fatigue, which typically gets in every two weeks. This created a constant race to publish new assets across fragmented channels, where uploading various video formats to local channels added substantial administrative overhead.

Amplifon leveraged Cape.io to shift from manual asset management to an automated, feed-driven workflow. By centralizing the creative lifecycle, the team turned a complex logistical task into a high-performance engine focused on Meta. Through this partnership, Amplifon established a streamlined process where localized inputs are transformed into creative variants, enabling the team to generate and publish over 300 localized ads per week directly to Meta. While Meta remains the core focus, this automated workflow also extends to secondary channels to maintain a consistent digital presence. The platform handles various video formats seamlessly, which drastically reduces manual work and frees up the team to focus on higher-level strategy.
