Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.
What will you do
Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and implement AI agents using state-of-the-art LLM frameworks.
Support the integration of agentic AI solutions into our existing Adtech platform.
Contribute to the testing, debugging, and performance tuning of our AI models and agent workflows.
Work with large datasets to help train, fine-tune, and evaluate agent performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agentic AI, LLMs, and emerging frameworks.
Help create and maintain clear technical documentation for the systems you help build.
What will you bring
A Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
Strong foundational programming skills in Python.
A solid theoretical understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine, demonstrable passion for agentic AI.
A strong communicator and team player, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points for experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen), LLM APIs, vector databases, or cloud platforms.
