Will there be any disruption of service or access to either platform?
No, there will be no disruption to our products.
I currently use a Peach product. Will I need to change the product that I use?
No, you can carry on using the system that you’re using now, but the name, logo and some other small details will change. The way the system works won’t be changing as part of the rebrand.

What does this mean for broadcasters or publishers who receive assets through Peach Classic?
Nothing will significantly change. Peach Classic will be renamed Cape Classic and broadcasters and publishers will continue to receive files and data via our products. The email address
People will refer to Cape.io rather than Peach.
What is happening with Caria and Attribution?
Peach Media has been renamed Caria. Caria and Attribution will be run separately. Check out the new Caria website.
What happens with A+V in Brazil?
For now, the A+V product in Brazil will continue as it is. The new name will be Cape Advanced TV Brazil.
Will client contracts change?
Nothing will change immediately, and you won’t need to do anything. The terms of the contracts will not change. Your contract with us might change during your contract renewal or you might be contacted by your account manager in due course with newly branded paperwork.
From October onwards, we start aligning our legal entity names with the new brand and at that point the name of the company issuing new contracts will change.
Will the way that payment works change?
You will notice the branding on the invoice and ‘from’ email address will change from 25th September 2025, but you will continue to pay the same company (different in regions around the world).
Over a period of time we are aiming to align the 12 legal names with our new Cape.io branding.
Nothing will change immediately and the terms of the contracts will not change. Your contract with us might change during your contract renewal or you might be contacted by your account manager in due course with newly branded paperwork.
Will prices or subscriptions change as part of the rebrand?
If you are an existing customer, then prices or subscriptions won’t be changed.

Does this affect the current corporate structure?
Yes — we are aiming to align the current 12 legal names with our new Cape.io branding over a period of time. You will receive additional notification when the change happens.
Will I need to migrate to a different product?
No — there is no product migration required. You log-in details, account manager and others will remain the same.
Email notifications
For now any email notifications you receive from our platform will continue to be sent in the same way from the same domain.
Over the coming months, the domain will change. Further information will be provided closer to the time.
For example, email notifications from Cape Advanced TV (the new name for Peach Connect) will continue to come from noreply@peachvideo.com. This will change in the coming months to reflect the new name..
