This release helps you keep every feed tidy, find and share the right files in seconds, and get more out of TikTok Smart+ and Google Ads. Less searching, fewer clicks and more control over where your campaigns go live.

Highlights

Keep every feed tidy. Filter, sort and bulk-manage your feeds, and bring back anything you deleted from the new bin for up to 30 days.

Share exactly the right file. Send a direct link to any campaign or file in Output. Your colleague lands right on it, with your filters already applied.

Reach the right audience on TikTok. Optimize Smart+ lead generation for your website and target or exclude custom audiences, even straight from your feed.

Publish to the right account. Choose the Google Ads or CM360 account for each campaign item, instead of being tied to a single default.

Good to know

Meta has retired the Instagram Explore Feed, Messenger Stories and Messenger Inbox placements, so they no longer appear in Campaign Designer.

Users created through single sign-on now get the access rights set for their user type. If you already have such users, an admin may want to review their rights.

In this page

Campaigns

New

  • See the full story of every item. An item's history now includes related campaign activity, such as publishing and downloads, in one timeline.

Improved

  • When a colleague edits the same campaign, Cape now clearly shows what changed, so choosing which version to keep is easy.

  • You can see at a glance when an automation rule, rather than a colleague, updated your campaign.

Fixed

  • Download only the formats you need: image, display ad and video items show each format separately again.

  • Thumbnails stay up to date after every edit in the creative editor.

Channels and publishing

New

  • TikTok Smart+ website optimization. Point lead generation ad groups at your website, with your own conversion goal, pixel and optimization event.

  • TikTok Smart+ custom audiences. Include or exclude custom audiences per ad group, manually or through feed mapping.

  • Choose your Google Ads account. Pick the ad account for Performance Max, Display and DemandGen items. Your setup account is now a starting point, not a lock.

  • Choose your CM360 account. Select the CM360 account per campaign and publish straight to it.

Improved

  • When a Meta publish doesn't go through, you now see the real reason, so you can fix it right away.

  • If your Google connection is missing a permission, Cape guides you to reconnect instead of showing empty lists.

Removed

  • Instagram Explore Feed, Messenger Stories and Messenger Inbox placements are no longer offered, as Meta has retired them. This helps you avoid failed publishes.

Templates

New

  • Feed mapping on components. Set up feed mapping once on a reusable component, and every template that uses it inherits it automatically.

  • Know which version is live. Version history now shows the released version, with who released it and when.

  • A new way to edit creatives. Creatives built from Template Designer templates open in the same full-screen editor you know from campaigns.

Fixed

  • Updating a component keeps the animation timing you fine-tuned in your template.

  • Component names and layers stay in sync when you place or update a component.

Assets

Improved

  • Find assets faster. Search, browsing and filtering are quicker and show more accurate counts, especially in large libraries.

  • Search uses standard keyword matching by default, with AI search available whenever you choose it.

  • New and updated assets show up in your library right away.

Fixed

  • Sorting works together with text search, so you can order your search results the way you like.

  • Collections stay exactly where you put them when you rename them.

Feeds

New

  • Filter your feed overview. Narrow down by sync status, type, interval, alerts and more, and combine filters with search.

  • Bulk actions. Move several feeds to the bin or switch auto update on or off in one go.

  • Feed bin. Deleted feeds wait in a bin for 30 days, so nothing is lost by accident.

  • Brand, department and market. Tag your feeds, and when you connect a feed to a campaign you only see the ones that match.

Improved

  • Sort the feed overview by most columns, and your search, filters and sorting are remembered when you come back.

  • Feed structure settings now check your input as you type, so mistakes are caught before you save.

Output

New

  • Shareable links. Link directly to a campaign or file in Output, filters included.

  • New filters. Filter by file type and by who published a file. Downloads include only the files you filtered.

  • Item ID at hand. Copy an output's item ID with one click from the detail view.

Brands

Improved

  • Font warnings are now written in plain language, with technical details available when you want them.

AI

Fixed

  • Campaign analysis with AI in Campaign Designer works smoothly again.

  • Library flows in AI Studio now show a clear message when they can't be opened in the Flow Builder.

Workflows

New

  • Automate on concept status. Create automation rules that react to the status of your concepts.

General

Improved

  • Publishing and rendering are more reliable, especially for large campaigns.

  • After your session expires, logging back in takes you straight to the page you were working on.

  • The password reset screen shows exactly which requirements your new password still needs to meet.

Fixed

  • Plus a range of smaller fixes and polish across the platform.
