Jillian Gibbs, CEO da "Production Optimists" APR Co, acredita que a indústria precisa simplificar processos e permitir que as equipes de marketing colaborem com participantes de todo o mundo. Ela acredita que para ficar à frente, as equipes têm que "escolher valor e impacto em vez de apenas custo, entender a diferença entre narrativa e ativos em massa, e abraçar a Gestão da Mudança para suas equipes e em todo o seu ecossistema."
